In this 12-week consultancy project, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a client, be it internal or external, to craft a consultancy solution addressing HR or OD challenges, gaps or opportunities.

This MSc programme comprises two distinct parts (6 coursework modules and 1 consultancy project) with each offering a unique perspective that acknowledges the interconnected nature of the subject disciplines – human resource management and organisational psychology. This approach is designed to enhance your knowledge, practical expertise and skills in an HR and OD context.

Programme Structure

The Master of Science in HRM and Organisational Psychology in Singapore comprises 6 modules on top of a consultancy project, structured to accommodate working professionals’ work priorities and commitments.

Admission Criteria

Students will be encouraged and are expected to contribute to the class learning experience in a peer and cohort learning environment. As a student at Aventis, you will be assessed based on your aptitude, potential, experience, and managerial skills.

Language Proficiency

GCE O Level English C6 and above / Minimum IELTS 6.0 / For mature students, the language proficiency will be assessed by the school on a case-by-case basis.

Programme Delivery

Each module spans over 2 consecutive weekends per month (Saturdays & Sundays; 9am to 5pm) and includes a comprehensive coverage of 32 hours of Zoom lectures that is complemented with online course support, additional readings and resource materials.

Degree Awarded

You will be awarded a Master of Science in HRM and Organisational Psychology degree by the University of Chichester, the same as that awarded on-campus. You will have a chance to graduate in Singapore or UK.Career Opportunities ​
