Programme Structure
This programme comprises of 4 modules, which will help you gain cutting-edge Human Capital Development and Leadership skills using current industry best practices as case studies and benchmarks. This is a 100% coursework-based programme.
Programme Delivery
The classes would be held at 4 weekend blocks of 2 full day classes.
Admission Criteria
Participants are expected to contribute to the class learning experiences in a cohort and peer learning environment. You will be assessed based on experience, aptitude, potential, and managerial skills.
Language Proficiency
GCE O Level English C6 and above / Minimum IELTS 5.5 / For mature students, the language proficiency will be assessed by the school on a case-by-case basis.
Awards
Upon completion of the programme, you will be awarded a Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Development) by Aventis Graduate School, which is registered with Skillsfuture Singapore
Academic Journey
Upon completion, students will be eligible to apply for our suite of Executive MBA and Specialized Masters in Business, Human Resources Management, Marketing and Finance from our partner universities, which can be completed within 9 to 12 months (Part-time).
